We worked with Dave & Allison for a year and a half to find the perfect condo….They are wonderful, we live in PA. and Dave would send us listings twice a week. He really listened to what we were looking for and always made time for us. After looking at 40-50 condos, on our many trips to FL, one opened up in the building we loved and on the floor we wanted. My brother and his wife live in Tampa and I called Dave Friday evening and Dave arranged for them to look at it 11:00 AM the next morning. He also sent us a video on the walk threw. We knew it was what we wanted, even though it needed updated, so Dave started negotiations and we were able to make the purchase happen.
