Dave and Allison were amazing. We live in Upstate NY and had never been to St. Petersburg so having a team with extensive experience was incredibly important to us. Dave patiently took us to see as many properties as we needed to until we found the right one. Once we did, Dave made sure he was at the property for anything we needed him for and even did a video walkthrough for us the day before closing. Dave and Allison were fantastic to work with every step of the way. Their knowledge of the area was extensive and they were amazingly fast to respond to any question we had throughout the entire buying process. They definitely made every part of what can be a stressful situation stress-free (especially since we live out of state).
