It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Dave and Allison. We were purchasing a property in Florida and were very specific on what we were interested in. Dave worked with us over an extended period to identify properties that met our needs and provided us with details on the properties along with video’s. Dave and Allison working together answered all the questions in relation to each property we were interested in. Being outside the state of Florida and purchasing a property that we had not actually seen was, of course, stressful but the faith and trust we had in Allison and Dave minimized our concern. When the time came to close they were so helpful and took care of so many details for us which made this entire experience a positive one. At last we visited our new property and wow we love it.
